Enjoy the Big Benefits of a Guided Tour!

Our rave reviews on both Google and Trip Advisors are probably the best way to see why so many people love the many benefits of our fully guided tours through Garden of the Gods, Glen Eyrie Estate and other surrounding areas. But here’s just a few highlights:

  • Your Guide will focus first and foremost on your safety and enjoyment of the tour – think of them like your best and most attentive friend who is sharing something they love with you!
  • Your Guide will fit you on your bike, get it adjusted properly and set up just for your riding desires and ability.
  • You’re Guide will know the best routes and all the best places for stops.
  • Your Guide will give you interesting information such as history, geology, and folklore of the sights you are seeing. They might even entertain you just a little.
  • Your Guide will know how to give you just the right balance or quiet riding enjoyment, sightseeing, and providing interesting information. Balance is good!
  • Your Guide will function as your personal photographer and make sure you get everyone in the pics along with capturing the cool sights you will see.
  • You’ll travel in small tour groups that are both fun and intimate. As Godilocks says – “its just right”!
  • Your Guide can function as your personal travel advisor, letting you know of other sweet places to go, and all the best spots for foodies (and drinkies).

We recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, and your phone (for the camera!) Depending on the season, you may want to also bring a light jacket or sweatshirt. Shorts are fine, but fully closed shoes like a tennis shoe is required – no sandals (for your safety)! On the back rack of each bike is a bag about the size of a shoebox where you can store your small items and the water we provide.

In order to ride, here’s what you need to know:
  • All riders must wear a helmet at all times while they are riding the bike.
  • The minimum age to ride an electric bikes on a tour is 12 years old.
  • Our suggested minimum height is 5 feet tall to operate your own e-bike. Shorter participants down to 4’10” may be able to ride if they are experienced and can safely touch the ground and balance with their feet.

If it has been a while since you’ve been on a bike, we highly recommend you practice, even just once, before you come. If you are unsure about someone in your groups ability, we advise you to make arrangements with us for a practice session at least 24 hours before your tour in order to meet our cancelation policy, if that becomes necessary.
  • Your safety is our first priority
  • All riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult rider in the group who is at least 21 years old  and who must stay with the group at all times during the ride.

Weather Planning

Weather can be highly variable in Colorado. Locals say if you don’t like the weather – wait a minute and it will change!

Here’s Important Info you will want to know in planning your trip:

In the event of inclement weather, we usually will not make a decision to postpone or cancel until right at the time of the tour. If we know in advance of that, we will contact you as soon as possible before your scheduled tour to discuss options. In either case, we will talk with you about if you’d still like to ride (subject to safety considerations), or reschedule, or get a refund.

It is Someone else’s job to control the weather, but we’ll do our best to make sure we keep our scheduled tours unless there are significant reasons we don’t believe it is safe to do so. In Garden of the Gods and the surrounding Colorado Springs area, we get over 300 days of sunshine a year, so we usually can both ride and see all the sights!!

Tour Options & Descriptions

Garden-n-Glen Bonus Tour

This is our most popular e-Bike tour, and regularly sells out, so don’t miss out! This fantastic tour gives you the best of two of the most scenic destinations in the Pike’s Peak region; the majestic Garden of the Gods Park, plus a bonus visit to what we think is the “Hidden Gem” of Colorado Springs. Glen Eyrie Private Estate and Historic Castle is truly magnificent – and surprisingly is one of the best kept secrets of the area! This bike tour includes a ride through the majestic Garden of the Gods, providing completely unobstructed views of the towering 300 foot other-worldly rock formations. We then head to the close-by Glen Eyrie Estate where the founder of Colorado Springs discovered the tranquil valley setting, surrounded by the same jaw-dropping rock formations – and which always comes as a surprise to our guests. Lots of photo ops for stunning panoramas and towering rocks, and as we explore the secluded estate of Glen Eyrie, you’ll get pics of a historic Tudor Castle and perhaps some close up views of wildlife like turkeys or the Colorado big horn sheep. And don’t forget – E-Bikes are both fun and easy to ride!

Adventure Premium Garden Tour

IMPORTANT: This tour requires experienced recreational riders with a more intermediate skill level.

For those with a little more adventurous spirit, this trip includes a couple short off-road sections and is our most interactive and longest tour through Garden of the Gods. If desired, you can select our premium upgraded fat tire mountain bikes (yes they’re electric!), and this ride travels at a little faster, but recreational pace, which is easy with e-bikes. You will enjoy all that our full Sightseeing Tour has to offer, plus two additional sections that provide more intimate access to sections and views of the park that most visitors never see or experience!

Sightseeing Tour

While this is our shortest ride, this tour still takes you through the main parts of the GOG Park, where you’ll be captivated by completely unobstructed views of the highest formations. The leisurely-paced Sightseeing Tour will wind through all the paved roads of the Park, with stops along the way to give you plenty of chances for making memories with Photos and sharing the unique experience with your other riders. You’ll likely discover hear some fun history and folklore about the area, and as with all of our tours, our easy, breezy E-Bikes help make the ride super fun!
